You can be assured of fast, accurate delivery when you order from PartSmartParts.com.

Our primary shipping service is United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground Service.

PARTSMARTPARTS.COM® ships Monday through Friday except US holidays. All orders should ship within 24 hours of order confirmation or the next shipping day, if it falls on a weekend or holiday.

If this does not meet your delivery needs please contact your identified Navistar Dealer for other options.

ETA – Delivery:

Most PartSmartParts.com® shipments arrive in 2-5 business days after UPS picks the shipment up from our Dealers/ Distribution Centers.

Ground Shipping Charges:

UPS Standard Ground is our preferred method of shipping. However, for orders that need an earlier delivery, you have the option to expedite your shipment via Next day or Second day Air; the shipping charge for all services available will be identified during the checkout process.

If the order cannot ship via these methods, you will be instructed to work with your local Navistar Dealer.

Heavy Weight Shipments:

There are some parts and materials that cannot ship via UPS parcel, due to weight or handling characteristics. Examples of these items are clutches, work kits, brake drums, etc.

These items cannot be purchased on-line; you can purchase them at your local Navistar Dealer. Put these items on your shopping list and contact your local Dealer for availability.

Where We Ship:

PARTSMARTPARTS.COM ships within the United States, therefore, we currently do not accept international or non-U.S orders.

PartSmartParts.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Order tracking:

You can keep track of your order by using our online order tracking service, which allows you to estimate when your shipment will arrive. Simply go to the "My Account" section and select the order you'd like to track. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including the time of pick-up, when your package was scanned into an UPS distribution center and, after it arrives, who signed for the package.

You can begin tracking your shipment using your PartSmartParts.com order number once your package has been shipped and you receive your shipment confirmation email.

Hazardous Materials:

There are some parts and materials you may need that cannot be shipped because they contain hazardous materials. Examples of these items are transmission fluid, brake fluid, batteries (which contain battery acid), most paints and other potentially dangerous items.

Though you cannot purchase them online, you can get them at your local Navistar Dealership. Put these items on your shopping list and consult your local Navistar Dealership for availability.
