If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please follow the following steps to download, print, complete and fax the form to 1-630-231-2841. If you have questions please call PARTSMART Customer Service at 1-888-471-6989. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Navistar does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

Instructions for tax exempt customers:

1.     Register your account online

2.     Find the PΛRTSMΛRT^® truck or bus parts you want here on the site and add them to your shopping cart

3.     As you review your order, click on the Instructions for Tax Exempt Customers link

4.     Choose your state from the list provided

5.     Download, print and complete the forms provided

6.     Fax the completed form to Navistar at fax number, 1-630-231-2841

7.     Questions contact PARTSMART Customer Service at 1-888-471-6989
