Can I find a part by Part Number?
Yes, if you know the PartSmart Part Number or the Replacement Part Number type it into the Search Box at the top right of your browser window and click "go".
Can I find parts specific to my Vehicle or Engine?
Yes. If you want to find parts specific to your make/model of vehicle, click "Vehicle" in the "Filter by:" box located on the left hand side of your browser. First select the year of your vehicle from the drop down list. Next, select your Make, then your model. If you want to change or reset the vehicle, select either "change" or "reset" in the same box. OR you can do the same for Engine.

Do I need to register?
To view the site, you do not need to register. However, to make a purchase or to receive future product updates and promotions you will need to create a customer profile.
How do I register?
Once you have put all your items in your cart, click "Checkout Now". Complete all required fields and click "Continue".

How do I get to my shopping cart?
You can access your shopping cart at any time by clicking "View Cart" at the top of your browser page.
How do I buy a part?
Once you find a part you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've added the part(s) to your cart, click "View Cart" (at the top of your browser page) to access your cart. You may then begin the online purchase process by clicking the "Checkout Now" button.
If you have registered with us before, log in by entering your email address and password, then verify that all information is correct. From here you can click on a part's categories or put a part number or description into the search function to start shopping.
OR
If you are a new customer, create your Customer Profile by filling out all required spaces, then verify that all info is correct and click "continue.
Select if you are purchasing for a Truck or Bus and click "submit". By choosing the end-use of your parts, we will route your order to the appropriate IC Bus Dealer or International Truck Dealer.
Select which shipping method you prefer.
If applicable, enter any coupons or promotion codes you may have, and then click "redeem".
Enter credit card information.
And finally, click "finish" to submit your order.
You will then receive an email confirmation of your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
Click on "My Account" at the top of your browser window. Log in by entering your email address and password. Your Order History will appear at the bottom of the screen showing the order number, date, status, total and credit card information. The status will read New, In Process at Dealer, In Process at Warehouse, Shipped or Complete. If your order says "shipped", click on your order number to view the tracking information.
What do I do if I need to return a part?
Click on "My Account" at the top of your browser window. Log in by entering your email address and password. Your Order History will appear at the bottom of the screen showing the Order Number, Date, Status, Total and Card information. Click on the word "Return" to the right of this information.
Check the box next to the item you wish to return.
Enter the quantity you wish to return.
Select from the drop down the reason for the return. (Warranty/Defect, Shipped in Error, Ordered in Error, Transport Damage, Other)
Review your return order.
Click "Finish"
Click "Print Return Authorization"
Package your product(s) for return. (BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FORM YOU JUST PRINTED)
Send your return to the address listed. (Be sure to send return to the address listed!!)
What do I do if I ordered the wrong part?
If you accidentally order the wrong part, Click on "My Account" at the top of your browser window. Log in by entering your email address and password. Your Order History will appear at the bottom of the screen showing the Order Number, Date, Status, Total and Card information. Click on the word "Return" to the right of this information.
Check the box next to the item you wish to return.
Enter the quantity you wish to return.
Select "Ordered in Error" as the reason from the drop down menu.
Review your return order.
Click "Finish"
Click "Print Return Authorization"
Package your product(s) for return. (BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FORM YOU JUST PRINTED)
Send your return to the address listed. (be sure to send return to the address listed!!)
What do I do if my part was damaged in shipping?
We strive to provide the best possible service we can. If you do receive a part that has been damaged in transport, Click on "My Account" at the top of your browser window. Log in by entering your email address and password. Your Order History will appear at the bottom of the screen showing the Order Number, Date, Status, Total and Card information. Click on the word "Return" to the right of this information.
Check the box next to the item you wish to return.
Enter the quantity you wish to return.
Select "Transport Damage" as the reason from the drop down menu.
Review your return order.
Click "Finish"
Click "Print Return Authorization"
Package your product(s) for return. (BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FORM YOU JUST PRINTED)
Send your return to the address listed. (be sure to send return to the address listed!!)
What do I do if I didn't receive the part I ordered?

What do I do if I want to return a part for a warranty issue?
If you do need to return a part with a warranty issue, Click on "My Account" at the top of your browser window. Log in by entering your email address and password. Your Order History will appear at the bottom of the screen showing the Order Number, Date, Status, Total and Card information. Click on the word "Return" to the right of this information.
Check the box next to the item you wish to return.
Enter the quantity you wish to return.
Select "Warranty/Defect" as the reason from the drop down menu.
Review your return order.
