Navistar Customer Internet Warranty Policy

Navistar warrants to its customers that it will issue a credit on any PARTSMART truck or bus part distributed through the PARTSMARTPARTS.COM Internet site found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. PARTSMART truck and bus parts are warranted for 1 year unlimited miles excluding labor. The warranty period will begin at the date of shipment.

Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-471-6989 to start warranty return process. All warranty claims must be returned within 30 days of the warranty claim submission.
